Personal Background I am a native of Southern California and have worked and lived in the community over the past 25 years. My wife Lirio and I are raising our family in the City of Rancho Cucamonga. We have two sons. Both attending schools in Rancho Cucamonga.
Current hobbies are spending time with family, travel, golf, and volunteering with various church and youth organizations.
I have coached and managed Little League teams from t-ball to major divisions at Rancho Little League over the past several years.
I was first licensed in 1979 to sell Real Estate where I worked for Century 21 in Garden Grove, California. I moved to Upland in 1981 and lived in the area ever since. I am a real estate broker licensed in the state of California
I am a Past Community and Recreation Commissioner for the city of Westminster and have worked in electronics & aerospace as a Quality Engineer. I owned my own distribution business from 1993-2000 and decided in order to better serve my clients to move full time in Real Estate.
My real estate background includes the sale and purchase of single family and multi-family properties. I have invested in many properties with partners and on my own. Currently I am the broker for Buyhomesellhome Properties and Rancho Springs Real Estate Services, Inc.
I really enjoy real estate and believe everyone should try to own his or her own home. Owning your own home will give you financial stability and help you with your long term financial goals.
